Job summary

Barnhart is seeking a Training & Implementation Manager in Memphis to lead the training and implementation efforts across the branch network. You will oversee program development, delivery, and continuous improvement while supporting new tools, technologies, and operational processes.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and performance excellence across multiple sites. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent industry background with 5+ years in crane/rigging or related

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
5+ years in crane/rigging, heavy transport, construction, or related industry.
Proven leadership, training, coaching, or implementation experience.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze operational performance and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Training & Implementation team (trainers, admins, interns).
Oversee development, delivery, and improvement of training programs.
Partner with branch leadership to identify training needs and support employee development.
Support implementation and adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes.
Measure training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage departmental resources, equipment, and budget.
