Qualifications

• 10+ years in crane/rigging or related industry.
• 3-5 years of leadership/management experience.
• Strong crane operations knowledge and safe procedures.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced env.
• Qualified to operate various crane sizes preferred.
• Commitment to servant leadership culture.
• Must pass drug screen, Fit-for-Duty eval, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop field employees.
• Lead and support field teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Promote and enforce safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and daily dispatching activities.
• Support project execution by coordinating manpower and field resources.
• Conduct job site visits to provide operational support and ensure safety compliance.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Travel as needed to support operations and field personnel.
