Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client’s new construction management system. The role includes virtual and in-person sessions, working with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure users gain the necessary knowledge and skills for successful deployment.

The position requires strong facilitation, software training experience, and ability to support large-scale change across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• US Citizen and eligible for federal contracts.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience.
• Travel may be required domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance during training.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Coordinate with Training and Program Managers on course schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Support collection of student feedback and training effectiveness measures.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training delivery and materials.
• Represent the training team with Government personnel and external stakeholders.
