Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a government CMP deployment across multiple locations. You will train personnel, project managers, engineers, and contractors, in virtual and in-person settings, ensuring mastery of the new construction management system.

The role requires strong facilitation, software training experience, and the ability to support large-scale organizational change initiatives across geographic locations.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Willingness to travel 100% as required.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and classroom management.
• Ability to adapt instructional techniques to various audience needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training in virtual and in-person environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans and materials.
• Address participant questions and provide guidance during training.
• Maintain classroom management and engage learners throughout sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers on schedules and logistics.
