Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 3 years of related experience; travel may be required.
• US Citizenship
• Experience conducting software or enterprise training
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and virtual training platforms
• Experience with Federal Government training programs
• Experience training construction/project management or infrastructure processes
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations and user adoption
• Familiarity with PMIS or similar platforms
• Knowledge of adult learning principles

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow lesson plans and instructional guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance.
• Maintain classroom engagement and manage learners.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate course schedules and logistics with Training Managers and Program Managers.
• Track attendance and course completion.
• Collect student feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Suggest improvements to training delivery methods and materials.
• Represent the training team with Government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
