Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government Client’s construction management system deployment. The role includes virtual and in-person sessions, working with personnel across multiple locations, and ensuring users gain the required knowledge and skills for the new system.

Candidates should have strong classroom facilitation, software training experience, and the ability to support major organizational change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training in virtual and in-person settings.
• Follow lesson plans and instructional guidelines.
• Answer questions and provide guidance during training.
• Maintain classroom engagement and manage sessions.
• Support Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with Training/Program Managers on schedules.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Gather feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Suggest improvements for training materials and delivery.
• Represent training team with Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
