CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client’s new construction management system. Sessions will be virtual and in-person across multiple locations, focusing on software and business process training and change adoption.

You will work with project managers, engineers, and contractors, ensuring participants gain the knowledge to use the system effectively and support organizational transition during CMP deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Conduct training in accordance with approved lesson plans, course materials, and instructional guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide functional guidance during training activities.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement throughout training sessions.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers regarding course schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Support collection of student feedback and training effectiveness measures.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training delivery methods and materials.
• Serve as a professional representative of the training team when interacting with Government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
• Support change management and user adoption efforts during CMP deployment activities.
