CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training in support of a Federal Government client’s new construction management system. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions for personnel, project managers, engineering staff and contractors, ensuring they gain the knowledge to use the new system.

Travel up to 100% is required. The role demands strong classroom facilitation, software training experience and the ability to support large-scale organizational change

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong classroom facilitation and software training experience.
• Experience with federal government training programs is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Conduct training according to approved lesson plans and materials.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance during training.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Coordinate course schedules and logistics with Training Managers and Program Managers.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Collect student feedback and training effectiveness measures.
• Recommend improvements to training delivery methods and materials.
• Represent the training team professionally to government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with personnel at all levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
