Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client’s new construction management system. The role combines virtual and in-person sessions across locations to ensure users gain knowledge and capability.

You will train personnel, project managers, engineers, and contractors, coordinating with managers and leveraging change-management methods to drive user adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• US Citizenship required.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Conduct training per lesson plans, materials, and guidelines.
• Answer participant questions and provide guidance during activities.
• Maintain classroom engagement and effective management.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with Training Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Collect student feedback and training effectiveness data.
• Recommend improvements to training delivery and materials.
• Represent training team professionally with Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
