Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans and materials.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance.
• Maintain classroom management and engagement.
• Coordinate with Training Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion.
• Support training feedback collection and effectiveness metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training methods.
• Represent training team to government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels.
• Support change management during CMP deployment.
