Responsibilities

• Build and execute recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting workflow using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Screen and interview candidates, assess fit, and provide recommendations for hiring decisions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support recruitment best practices
• Oversee training and development programs for employees across levels
• Design and deliver training sessions covering topics such as:
  • Communication skills
  • Leadership development
  • Performance management
• Support creation of employee engagement initiatives to strengthen work culture
• Visit job sites to distribute recruiting materials and engage potential candidates
• Coordinate with local Operations Teams to identify recruitment locations across the area
• Meet with branch managers to support staffing meetings
• Travel out of state as needed
