Job summary

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking a bilingual recruiter to attract, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for a fast-paced staffing environment. You will manage the full recruiting cycle, conducting phone and in-person interviews in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, posting descriptions, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines for current and future staffing needs. On-call availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Staffing agency and/or light industrial recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of job boards and social media recruiting platforms.
• Ability to conduct effective phone and in-person interviews.
• Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be available for on-call responsibilities as needed.

• Prepare, edit, and post job descriptions.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for a variety of positions.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting platforms.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-person interviews.
• Assess candidates' experience, qualifications, and overall fit for available positions.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidates throughout the full recruiting and onboarding cycle.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity.
• Build positive and professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Perform additional recruiting and administrative duties as assigned.

** Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + On-Call Availability
