Job summary

Dicastal North America is seeking a Training Development & Talent Specialist to maximize employee performance by leveraging systems, processes, and tools in line with KPIs, critical objectives and strategic plans for the business.

The role includes implementing LMS, designing structured development plans and skills matrices, delivering in-person training across all hours, and collaborating with HR/EHS on engagement, safety programs, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Associates in HR or related degree preferred or 5 years of comparable work experience.
• Experience interacting with all levels of employees.
• Familiarity with a training and development tracking system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan own work activities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Help build and support the organizational culture and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Implement LMS and layered training programs with a custom user experience.
• Design and deploy development plans and objectives; measure results.
• Manage employee development via a needs-based training plan and skills matrix.
• Develop new methods of training delivery and communication to improve user experience.
• Deliver in-person training across all hours and shifts.
• Support HR/EHS in planning and executing engagement, relations and safety programs.
• Review and track Department Training Matrix.
• Track 30 Day New Hire training forms and training hours.
• Coordinate department-specific Phase trainings.
