Job summary

Cascadia Health is hiring a Training & Development Specialist for the People & Culture team at Lloyd Corporate Plaza in NE Portland. The role includes leading live and online trainings, onboarding staff, and supporting staff across Cascadia sites, with a focus on OCHIN Epic.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of training experience, healthcare exposure, and comfort with complex technology systems. Travel to Portland Metro sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Two years of experience providing training or teaching skills.
• Healthcare/behavioral health experience preferred.
• Virtual facilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual orientation trainings for new hires.
• Develop and provide training on Documentation Golden Thread, EHR Documentation, MI, ProACT, equity, safety, and more.
• Deliver trainings for new and current employees with CE where applicable.
• Administer LMS and provide basic technical support for staff.
