Essential Services LLC is hiring a Training Specialist to lead in-office training, coordination, and development across Oregon. This role covers New Hire Training, CPR/First Aid, annual mandatory sessions, and additional educational opportunities, ensuring compliance and high care standards.

You will travel within Oregon to train remote staff, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the Training Supervisor and Business Development teams to improve programs.

Qualifikationen

• 21 years of age or older.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Pass a DHS background check.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Travel within Oregon for training when necessary.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate New Hire Training, CPR and First Aid, and annual mandatory training.
• Develop new training materials and curricula for staff.
• Track employee compliance and certifications.
• Deliver engaging, compliant training programs.
• Represent the company at community events and fairs.
• Maintain training records and prepare weekly reports.
