Key duties include maintaining education requirements, delivering staff education, coordinating EMR (Epic) platform training, and managing the LMS training system. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years training experience in a medical outpatient clinic setting.
• Graduate of an approved school of vocational nursing with an unrestricted Texas license.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and EMR (Epic) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Clinic and State continuing education requirements.
• Educate new and existing staff; collaborate with Nursing Administration on orientation program.
• Develop and support preceptor program.
• Ensure annual nursing competency validations are completed.
• Ensure annual staff compliance validations are completed.
• Review training materials and update as needed.
• Assess education needs across the organization on an ongoing basis.
• Coordinate, schedule, and monitor EMR (Epic) platform training.
• Maintain Traincaster LMS onboarding training platform and related materials.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to employees.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and uphold clinic values.
