Job summary

ASML in San Diego seeks a Training and Development Solution Manager for Manufacturing Services. You will coordinate end-to-end delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Learning and Knowledge Management solutions aligned to timelines.

You will lead deployment plans, monitor progress, and influence cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables stay on track. The role requires advanced PM and instructional design skills to manage training teams’ timelines, assess competency, and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years direct work experience in training, development or PM roles.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems to run training programs.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery and improvement of Learning/Knowledge Management solutions.
• Develop deployment and adoption plans; monitor progress with cross-functional teams.
• Lead meetings, manage timelines, and drive key deliverables on track.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status clearly.
• Support organizational development programs across multiple factories.
