Qualifications

• MSc/BSc in Supply Chain / Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Typical minimum 10 years direct work experience, including at least 3 years in complex supply chain processes in manufacturing.
• Experience in business-to-business (high-tech, low-volume) environments.
• Extensive knowledge of and experience in project management.
• Well-versed in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining strategic supplier relations.
• Experience presenting to senior management with PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with MRP software (SAP or Oracle) is a plus.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into concise recommendations for operational and senior-management decision-making.
• Working knowledge of BI, data-visualization, and AI-enabled tools in supply chain or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic suppliers towards competitive supply chain performance.
• Plan, align and control capacity, buffers and flexibility at strategic suppliers.
• Drive cycle time reduction projects with suppliers.
• Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks and develop action plans.
• Implement supply chain planning roadmap at suppliers.
• Execute logistic audits at strategic or critical suppliers.
• Identify internal logistics process improvements and data-driven insights.
• Use dashboards and AI-enabled tools to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Translate data insights into actionable decisions for senior management.
