Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager, Training & Development for Obesity & Related Conditions. The role focuses on designing onboarding content, launching curricula, and scaling learning programs to strengthen field readiness and commercial execution across the US.

You will partner with Brand, Marketing, Medical, Patient Access, and Sales Leadership to translate complex priorities into engaging, role-based training.

Qualifikationen

• Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Associate’s degree with related experience in a large-scale organization.
• Experience in learning strategy, instructional design, curriculum development.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and scalable curricula.
• Ability to translate complex priorities into engaging, practical training.

Aufgaben

• Design onboarding content and launch curricula for onboarding and capability development.
• Partner with Brand, Marketing, Medical, Patient Access, Sales Leadership, and other Commercial stakeholders to create role-based learning experiences.
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage external vendor relationships from design through implementation.
• Define, track, and report on learning KPIs to assess engagement and impact.
• Facilitate live, virtual, and AI-enabled learning solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Travel up to 20%.
