Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager of Training & Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-impact learning solutions for the Obesity & Related Conditions commercial organization in the U.S. This role focuses on onboarding, curricula, field learning, and regional workshops to strengthen readiness and execution.

As a partner to Brand, Marketing, Medical, Patient Access, Sales Leadership, and other teams, you will translate complex priorities into engaging learning

Qualifikationen

• Doctorate with 2 years of learning strategy or related experience in a large-scale organization.
• Master's with 4 years of learning strategy or related experience in a large-scale organization.
• Bachelor's with 6 years of learning strategy or related experience in a large-scale organization.
• Associate's with 10 years of learning strategy or related experience in a large-scale organization.

Aufgaben

• Lead the learning content roadmap for onboarding, launch readiness, field learning, meeting workshops, and ongoing sales capability development.
• Design and maintain scalable, role-based curricula across disease-state, product, instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, reinforcement, and coaching solutions.
• Apply adult-learning principles and standards to create clear, engaging learning experiences for diverse commercial audiences.
• Build and maintain integrated launch learning plans, curriculum pathways, assessments, certifications, and training milestones.
• Manage cross-functional learning projects & vendor relationships from design through implementation with clear governance and timelines.
• Define, track, and report on learning KPIs using data to drive engagement, certification, proficiency, and business impact.
