Amgen seeks a Senior Training & Development leader to shape and deliver high-impact learning solutions for Obesity & Related Conditions. You will design onboarding content, launch curricula, and field-readiness programs, coordinating with Brand, Marketing, Medical, Patient Access, and Sales leadership to align with commercial priorities.

In this role, you will manage cross-functional projects, vendor relationships, and learning measurements, driving launch readiness and sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with learning strategy and curriculum development in large-scale organizations.
• Proven ability to translate scientific concepts into engaging learning experiences.
• Strong facilitation, writing, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding, launch readiness, field learning, and capability development initiatives.
• Design scalable curricula across disease-state, product, and instructor-led formats.
• Apply adult-learning principles to create clear, practical learning experiences.
• Manage launch plans, assessments, certifications, and milestones.
• Oversee cross-functional projects and external vendor relationships from design to implementation.
• Define and report learning KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
