Job summary

Amgen seeks a Director of Field Effectiveness for Obesity and Related Conditions to lead a team that enables, advises, and supports the sales force. The role emphasizes delivering insights, driving performance, and optimizing field operations across the US.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s in a relevant field with leadership experience.
• Minimum 4 years of people management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee field effectiveness programs and initiatives.
• Design organizational structure, roles, responsibilities and goals for Field Effectiveness.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives to improve field operations and insights.
• Monitor field performance and steer improvements and problem solving.
• Collaborate with GCCI to align field effectiveness processes and deliverables.
• Guide and develop a high-performing team through coaching and training.
