Job summary

Hoffman Mechanical Solutions seeks a Training & Development Specialist to own and coordinate all training and development activity across the organization. This standalone role drives technical training, apprenticeship program coordination, onboarding, sales enablement, and learning initiatives across all locations, reporting to the HR Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 3+ years in HVAC/mechanical services/manufacturing trades.
• 3+ years in training delivery or apprenticeship coordination.
• Experience with LMS platforms and analytics.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Own the coordination and day-to-day execution of all training initiatives across the organization.
• Manage the apprenticeship program end-to-end, including DOL registration and compliance.
• Build, deliver, and improve technical, leadership, onboarding, and professional development programs.
• Coordinate training initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-through.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and track enrollment.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
