Job summary

Cornerstones Inc. is seeking a part‑time Training and Development Intern to assist with the design and implementation of training for mid‑level managers under the Strengthening Communities 2025 grant.

You will source speakers, prepare educational materials, and help with communications, logistics, and evaluation for cohort meetings, reporting to the EVP, HR. Prefer enrollment in a related degree and customer service experience in an office setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• One year of administrative or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite or related software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Highest level of integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and implementation of training program outlines and methods.
• Schedule speakers, arrange venues, meals, and logistics for sessions.
• Develop communications and evaluation materials for the program.
• Support program evaluation and documentation for grant reporting.
• Serve as point of contact for program coordination.
• Collaborate with EVP, HR to ensure program longevity beyond grant.
