This role provides opportunities to work with learning programs, materials, and data while engaging with industry professionals. The internship is on-site and part-time, designed for a college student pursuing studies in communications, marketing, leadership, business administration, or related fields.

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Currently enrolled in a college program to pursue academics while interning.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and onsite coordination for learning programs, workshops, and events.
• Prepare classroom resources and materials for sessions.
• Support follow-up after learning sessions, including attendance tracking and surveys.
• Coordinate with facilitators and subject matter experts for availability and materials.
• Draft participant communications and support internal L&D communications.
• Assist with LMS tasks and updates to learning technologies.
• Help track surveys, generate basic reports, and support dashboard updates.
• Organize and update L&D files, templates, and shared resources.
