Job summary

ADC LTD NM is seeking a Training Development Specialist to support the Training Manager in delivering compliant, scalable training across programs. You will design and maintain digital and instructor-led content, develop curricula, and ensure continuity with federal requirements.

Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate complex operations into engaging learning experiences using instructional design best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development or related field.
Minimum 2 years designing and implementing employee training or learning programs.
Experience with government contracting or regulated environments preferred.
Experience maintaining training records and documentation.
Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiar with LMS and training tracking platforms.
Content creation experience and instructional design tooling familiarity.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Top Secret Clearance or ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain learning programs using instructional design principles.
Develop instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended learning content.
Monitor and track training activities for consistency and compliance.
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate complex info into engaging learning experiences.
Conduct audits to verify content effectiveness and compliance.
Maintain documentation and process standardization across programs.
Support ADC Academy and training portals.
