A technology consulting firm is seeking a trainer/content developer in Durham, NC to analyze functionality and create classroom and eLearning solutions. The role involves collaborating with various teams to gather requirements and design effective training materials using Adobe FrameMaker. Additionally, the trainer will facilitate engaging training sessions for employees at all levels, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of system implementation.

Job description

The client seeks contract resources to assist with the training and implementation of the client The primary purpose of the trainer/content developer is to analyze the functionality to develop and deliver classroom facilitator-led learning solutions and eLearning courses to support system implementation.

This position will work closely with the Training Lead,

Business and Agile Teams, as well as the Development Team and other subject matter experts to understand requirements, to design training and develop course materials, develop and maintain Adobe FrameMaker templates and scripts, and maintain/revise training materials for instructional training of adult learners.

Using this base, this resource will also be responsible for providing effective and creative classroom and virtual facilitation of training for all levels of employees who oversee and administer programs.
