Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage site training and employee development within established programs, processes, and approval guidelines. You will schedule training for new hires, transfers, promoted employees, and current staff, while maintaining LMS/KMS records and coordinating with HR, Operations, SMEs, and employees.

You will monitor compliance, track progress, and provide data-driven recommendations to HR and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, training coordination, HR support, or related environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with an LMS/KMS or similar training record system preferred.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, training schedules, skills matrices, qualifications, or employee development activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy training files, qualification records, and LMS/KMS records.
• Coordinate onboarding, qualification, refresher, cross-training, and other approved training for new hires and current employees.
• Maintain training checklists, skills matrices, qualification matrices, training materials, and completion records.
