Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred in organizational development or related field.
• 2–3 years of Training/LD/OD experience.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills and learning management familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, deliver, and monitor training programs.
• Conduct training evaluations and report results to leadership.
• Create and audit training records for employees.
• Support the company LMS and maintain materials.
• Update training guides and materials as needed.
• Coordinate training events, travel, and meetings when required.
• Promote a positive company culture through training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Stay current on training best practices and professional development.
• Collaborate with management to support organizational goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
