Motion is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to manage training programs for employees and customers. Under general supervision, you will coordinate logistics, create live vendor webinars on Exceed LMS, and publish self-paced training.

You will organize vendor schools at manufacturing facilities, attend classes, and support various learning initiatives, with a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of related experience preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience managing internal/external relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all logistics for training opportunities in the responsible area.
• Create LIVE vendor webinar events on Exceed (LMS).
• Record events and publish on Exceed for self-paced, on-demand training.
• Organize Vendor Schools at Manufacturing Facilities for Trainees and other employees.
• Attend/Audits classes.
• Plan Training Events at Motion Facilities (Employees and Customers).
• Support other Learning and Development Programs and Initiatives as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
