Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR and employment activities at Mt. Juliet, TN. You will assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, benefits enrollment, payroll processing, time-off tracking, and reporting, under the guidance of the Country HR Management Team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR/Benefits/Payroll, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English. This permanent, full-time role offers growth in a global logistics company with robust employee

Qualifications

• Minimum two years related experience in Human Resources, Benefits or Payroll administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support and coordination for HR and employment related activities.
• Coordinates and schedules employment interviews for exempt and non-exempt candidates.
• Processes and tracks job requisitions and payroll information; assists with onboarding and benefits enrollment.
• Tracks time-off requests, worker's comp claims, and prepares reports for managers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
