Responsibilities

• Manage enrollments and attendance in the LMS; enter course data and track records.
• Handle training registrations, generate reports, and maintain employee training records.
• Coordinate training logistics: schedule classes, reserve rooms, arrange catering, and prepare materials.
• Coordinate trainers (internal and external) and manage vendor invoices and charge-backs.
• Distribute pre-class materials, invitations, and post-class follow-ups; administer new-hire activities and surveys.
