Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent applied experience with a high school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of previous experience in HR required.
• Ability to work independently with a high amount of personal accountability but also function seamlessly as a member of a team.
• Great time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, advertise, host, and record attendance for internal staff growth opportunities.
• Manage required trainings monthly and maintain up-to-date records of due dates, materials, and reminders.
• Ensure training records, certificates, and attendance are maintained.
