Job summary

Hemphill Exclusive is seeking a Training Coordinator for a temporary maternity-leave coverage in Omaha. You will organize a busy training operation, coordinate classes and continuing education programs, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

You will manage LMS-based schedules, registrations, attendance and completion records, communicate with participants, and track participation. A detail-oriented, team-player mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training classes and continuing education programs across the organization
• Manage class schedules, registrations, rosters, attendance and completion records through the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Communicate with participants regarding schedules, class details, materials and changes
• Track participation and prepare training reports
• Coordinate classroom setup, including training materials, technology and other resources
• Stay on top of schedules and follow-up to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
