Job summary

Project Harmony in Omaha, NE is seeking an experienced E-learning Coordinator to adapt the Training Institute curriculum for web delivery. You will design async online content, manage LMS using Articulate 360, and collaborate with Training Specialists to ensure engaging, accessible training for all trainees.

This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical staff, and a commitment to culturally competent, confidential service.

Qualifications

• Design asynchronous online content for LMS publication.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Articulate 360 and other e-learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Design asynchronous online content to publish on LMS using Articulate 360.
• Implement and manage gamification and other engagement strategies with the LMS.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to meet e-learning requirements.
• Upload and configure training content, modules, and assessments in the LMS.
• Assign courses and manage user enrollments, permissions, and groups.
• Support LMS troubleshooting and best practices for internal stakeholders.
• Generate and distribute reports on learning metrics and user activity.
• Test new features and LMS updates.
• Lead development of training videos for microlearning and e-learning.
• Configure, optimize, and manage training calendar via WordPress.
• Work with Operations to support training technology.
• Assist in creating operating procedures for e-learning tools.
• Ensure culturally competent services for all families served.
