Job summary

Clayton Homes seeks a Training Coordinator at the Waycross manufacturing facility to support TMX initiatives, onboarding, and workforce development. You will coordinate recruiting, supervise new hire training, and partner with leaders to foster a positive team member experience on the production floor.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of training or HR experience, is bilingual in English/Spanish, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, instruction, employee development, onboarding, recruiting, HR, or related field.
• Experience facilitating training programs and working with employees in a professional environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate New Hire Orientation and onboarding activities.
• Maintain training records, attendance documentation, and onboarding materials.
• Coordinate with department leadership to ensure onboarding and training activities are completed.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and report progress to leadership.
• Support recruiting activities, onboarding processes, and workforce development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain training materials and documentation for TMX program.
