Clayton Homes seeks a Training Coordinator for our Waycross manufacturing facility. The role supports TMX initiatives, coordinating recruiting, onboarding, and new hire training, while engaging with employees on the production floor to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing development.

The ideal candidate will lead classroom instruction, manage data, and partner with supervisors to drive training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of training, instruction, or onboarding experience.
• Experience facilitating training programs and working with employees.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, HR, training, or related field.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and coordinate New Hire Orientation and onboarding activities.
• Maintain training records and onboarding materials.
• Coordinate with department leadership to ensure onboarding/training are completed.
• Assess training effectiveness and report results to leadership.
• Engage with new hires on the production floor during their first 90 days.
