Job summary

Performance Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator in Texas to organize and conduct training, verify retention, and track progress for employees. The role focuses on safety, certification support, and ongoing improvement in training programs.

You will manage schedules, create reports on training outcomes, and assist in developing testing criteria to meet customer requirements. A strong background in construction and OSHA 30 certification is required.

Job description

Training Coordinator

Position located at PCI Dallas 114 in Midlothian, TX.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training and verify employee retention
• Respond to inquiries and support requests on all training and certification needs
• Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress
• Create training schedules, track, and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the Customer as requested
• Assist Customer and PCI in development of Training and Testing Criteria as required
• Market company training opportunities and provide information on benefits to encourage job retention
• Other duties as assigned.

Salary

$72,400-$97,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience working in the construction industry
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Expertise in Drywall Finishing and Drywall Finishing Tools.
