Performance Contracting Group in Dallas is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support our PCI Dallas 114 operations in Midlothian, TX. You will conduct training, verify retention, coordinate certification needs, and maintain training records for the customer and PCI.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in construction, OSHA 30, drywall finishing expertise, and strong MS Office skills. You will develop training schedules, track progress, generate outcomes reports, and promote company

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience working in the construction industry.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Expertise in Drywall Finishing and Drywall Finishing Tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training and verify employee retention.
• Respond to inquiries and support requests on all training and certification needs.
• Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.
• Create training schedules, track, and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the Customer as requested.
• Assist Customer and PCI in development of Training and Testing Criteria as required.
• Market company training opportunities and provide information on benefits to encourage job retention.
• Other duties as assigned.
