Job summary

The University of Kentucky is seeking a KTC Technology Transfer Coordinator I within the Kentucky Transportation Center in Lexington, KY. Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of training events, including frequent travel across the state.
• Develop training schedules, secure instructors and venues, and coordinate with UK Purchasing to finalize contracts.
• Coordinate setup of equipment, prepare materials and venue arrangements, and communicate with instructors and participants.
• Handle registrations, payments and ensure excellent customer service.
• Perform administrative tasks including grading tests and processing expenses.
