The University of Kansas Transportation Center (KUTC) is seeking a Student Hourly to support conference coordination, training programs, and LMS administration. This role offers hands-on experience in course materials preparation, event logistics, and credentialing tasks.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in at least 6 credit hours, available 12–15 hours weekly, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Remote work is not allowed; occasional on-campus tasks may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Available for 12–15 hours per week with a consistent schedule.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently and on time.

Responsibilities

• Assist with conference coordination and training program support.
• Update LMS course sessions and print/class materials.
• Process checks and reminders; manage newsletters and email communications.
