Job summary

The University of Kentucky is seeking a KTC Technology Transfer Coordinator II to join the Kentucky Transportation Center. This position supports the day-to-day delivery of transportation workshops, conferences, and training programs in both online and in-person environments.

The role coordinates course logistics, financial and administrative processes, program development activities, and outreach efforts that help meet the evolving training needs of transportation professionals across the state.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with online learning platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate course preparation, records, transcripts, testing, and database management.
• Manage training logistics, assist instructors, and resolve issues.
• Deliver Zoom- and Canvas-based training; develop online content.
• Support program planning, scheduling, venue, enrollment, expansion.
• Monitor course budgets and financial statements for accuracy.
• Collaborate with partners on training opportunities and grants.
• Assist marketing, website content, and outreach to boost engagement.
