Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in Jefferson City, MO, is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage training records, compliance tracking, and training logistics, reporting to the Senior Trainer and supporting Technical Trainers.

You will organize digital records in SharePoint, track trainings in Excel, assist onboarding, and help ensure audit-ready documentation, ISO/OSHA standards, and cross-functional training delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in administrative support or training coordination.
• Experience and/or education in training preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and M365 tools.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain digital training records and certifications in SharePoint and plant repositories.
• Track training completions using Excel and assist with LMS transitions.
• Assist onboarding by preparing documentation and tracking attendance.
• Support audit readiness by ensuring training docs meet ISO, OSHA, and internal standards.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions and prepare training materials.
• Deliver introductory training modules based on background and expertise.
• Provide administrative support to Senior and Technical Trainers.
• Assist with development of training content and data collection.
