Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the facility by managing training records, compliance tracking, and training logistics. Reporting to the Senior Trainer, you will maintain documentation and ensure audit-ready plant operations.

You will organize digital records, track completions in Excel, assist onboarding, and support facilitators while helping with content development and cross-functional training initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in administrative support, training coordination, or record management.
• Experience and/or education in training preferred.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 proficiency with adaptability to new systems.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain digital training records and certifications.
• Track training completions in Excel and assist with LMS transitions.
• Assist onboarding by preparing documentation and tracking attendance.
• Support audit readiness by ensuring ISO/OSHA compliance in training docs.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions and prepare materials.
