Job summary

MOVA Metals is seeking a Training Coordinator to develop, implement, and maintain the plant-wide training and competency program for the catalyst recycling facility. This role ensures employees receive the knowledge, skills, and certifications needed to operate safely and in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Training program development and coordination experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA/ EPA regulations and adult learning principles.
• Experience in chemical processing or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plant training activities for hourly and salaried employees.
• Maintain and utilize LMS or training database.
• Schedule classroom, computer-based, and hands-on training.
• Maintain training records and certifications.
• Generate monthly compliance and training reports for management.
• Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding.
• Track qualification progress and assess competency gaps.
• Assist in SOP and qualification checklist development.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through testing and field observations.
