Job summary

Resources for Human Development is seeking a Training Coordinator in Missouri to design, deliver, and evaluate training solutions ensuring regulatory compliance and staff development. You will oversee training delivery, documentation, and alignment with corporate education initiatives for state programs.

The role involves coordinating with QA/IM Compliance Manager, traveling to multiple sites, developing curricula, and maintaining training records in Relias and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience delivering training and content development.
• Experience in IDD/Human Services environment preferred.
• Able to facilitate large groups up to 20 attendees.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Must hold Training Certification in MANDT, First Aid, and CPR.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and adhere to standardized training curriculum across state and service line.
• Maintain, update, and develop curricula, content, and training materials.
• Track training in Relias and maintain documentation in employee files.
• Review training compliance data and corrective action plans for regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate training sessions to support state training goals.
• Travel regularly to each location to deliver training.
• Collaborate with Corporate Training and Education to ensure high-quality content.
