Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in Missouri is seeking a Team Leader to guide multiple production operations and teams, applying improvement tools to drive process enhancements, while removing obstacles to maintain standard work.

You will mentor Supervisors and Team Leads, rotate across workstations, perform setup duties, participate in daily Tier meetings, and ensure safety, quality and lean practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Strong basic arithmetic and algebra skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn multiple workstations and support coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train employees at assigned work stations.
• Rotate between stations to cover tasks.
• Communicate obstacles to supervisors.
• Perform setup duties as needed.
• Enter data into systems.
• Audit safety, quality, LEAN/5S procedures.
• Lead daily Tier meetings.
• Support other duties as assigned.
