• Design and deliver training programs for customers to educate them on programs and processes.
• Develop and maintain eLearning content and digital resources to support objectives and adoption.
• Conduct training needs assessments and identify gaps to address.
• Coordinate training events and market opportunities to audiences.
• Promote program updates and changes to stakeholders with clear communications.
• Support change readiness through strategic education plans and resources.

Responsabilidades

• Design and facilitate effective training programs for customers to educate them on the programs and processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain eLearning courses and digital learning resources to support business objectives, program adoption, and ongoing employee development.
• Map out training plans and schedules.
• Conduct training needs assessments and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
• Market available training opportunities to the audience and provide the necessary information.
• Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available.
• Learn and maintain knowledge to be the subject matter expert on program updates and processes.
• Regularly evaluate resources and communicate changes to stakeholders.
