Wine Industry Expo is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver engaging learning experiences that support operational excellence and employee development. You will facilitate instructor-led and virtual training, partner with instructional designers, and ensure training objectives are met.

You will also handle training administration, maintain LMS records, coordinate logistics, gather feedback, and contribute to special projects, while promoting safety and compliance across sites.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of experience in Operations, Production, Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering, HR, and/or Training including 1 year delivering training with increasing responsibility.
• High School Diploma plus 7 years of experience in Operations, Production, Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering, HR, and/or Training including 2 years delivering training with increasing responsibility.
• Strong in-person and virtual facilitation skills.
• Experience presenting information and answering audience questions.
• Willingness to travel to offices, sites, and meetings for onboarding, training, and events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Age 21+; 18+ as applicable.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

As a Training Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering engaging learning experiences that support operational excellence, employee development, and organizational success. You will facilitate instructor‑led and virtual training programs, help employees learn critical job skills, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

In this role, you will deliver a variety of training programs, including Glass Manufacturing, New Hire Orientation, Leadership Development, and Train the Trainer initiatives. You will partner with instructional designers and learning teams to enhance content, customize delivery methods to meet learner needs, and ensure training objectives are achieved. Your ability to engage diverse audiences, adapt training approaches, and create a positive learning environment will help drive employee performance and development.

You will also support training administration by maintaining accurate records, managing learning management system activities, coordinating logistics, gathering participant feedback, and contributing to special projects. This position offers the opportunity to work cross‑functionally, influence learning strategies, and make a meaningful impact on the employee experience while supporting safe and compliant operations.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of experience within Operations, Production, Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering, HR, and/or Training to include 1 year delivering training reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School Diploma or State‑issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of Operations, Production, Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering, HR, and/or Training to include 2 years delivering training reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong in‑person and virtual facilitation skills.
• Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from the audience.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery.
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) at an intermediate level.
• Required to lift and move materials that can weigh up to 50lbs.
• Required to be 21 years of age or older.
• Required to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience within Operations, Production, Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering, HR, and/or Training reflecting increasing levels of responsibility, including 3 years delivering training reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Certified in delivery of best‑in‑class training (.g. IVES, TWI, Langevin) e., ) to deliver training.
• Experienced in using virtual training platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Webex or Adobe Presenter.
• Experience working in the Glass Manufacturing industry.
• Possesses basic knowledge of Glass Manufacturing products.
