Job summary

Lexicon, Inc. in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Training and Development Manager to lead Lexicon University programs that foster employee growth, leadership, and skilled-trades readiness.

You will design curricula, facilitate learning experiences (in-person, virtual, and blended), measure outcomes, and partner with business leaders to align development with workforce needs while coaching a team of program coordinators.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.
• Experience managing teams and coaching staff.
• Experience with grant writing, grant management, or administration preferred.
• DDI certification is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Lexicon University development programs including leadership and apprenticeship pathways.
• Partner with leaders to translate workforce needs into structured development plans and curricula.
• Facilitate in-person, virtual, and blended learning experiences.
• Develop training materials, facilitator guides, participant resources, assessments, calendars, and e-learning content.
• Track program effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and business metrics.
• Manage and coach training staff responsible for coordination, facilitation, and administration.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and certification partners.
• Support workforce development programs and grant activities.
• Manage LMS, scheduling, and reporting for effective delivery.
• Stay current with learning trends and integrate improvements into Lexicon University.
